What's new — week of August 25, 2026

Two new features you can build, more control over where your storefront features show, smarter setup suggestions, and another reliability push.

New

• A support chat for your storefront. Describe it and Trooix adds a chat to your store that answers shoppers' product questions and lets them check on their order - so a question doesn't cost you the sale.
• A contact form, your way. Ask for a form and Trooix builds it for your storefront - you choose the fields, so you collect exactly what you need from shoppers.
• Choose where your storefront features show. You can now pick which pages a storefront feature appears on and where it sits, so it lands right where your shoppers will see it.

Improved

• Smarter setup suggestions. When you're getting started, Trooix now suggests the right feature for where you are - it won't offer one that needs another feature first (like an order manager before you have a personalizer that creates those orders), and once you build one, it suggests a natural next step to go with it.
• Nothing left hanging. Features that use AI now have a firm time limit, so a slow moment never leaves you waiting.
• More builds land the first time. Another round of build-quality work so more of what you describe comes out right on the first try.
